It's not easy giving up a beloved dog. How do you know it's going to a good home? Local re-homing charity DAWGS - Dog Action Working Group Scotland - can help. Based in Aberdeen, DAWGS finds great new homes throughout the North East for dogs whose owners can no longer take care of them - and it's a simple and confidential procedure. We arrange to meet you, find about your dog and then put him on our website. There is a £ 5 registration fee. We always check all applicants, match for compatibility and even carry out home and checks to find the perfect, loving home. If possible we would ask you to keep your dog until we have found a match but we do have kennels for emergency situations. For more information or to find out how to re-home a dog call 01224 208989, email email@example.com or visit dawgs.co.uk
