The Fraserburgh Lifeboat Shop is now open Monday to Friday from 10am until 3pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am until 3pm. We have Christmas cards, calendars, diaries and gifts. Come along and have a browse.
The Street Pastors initiative in Peterhead has drawn together a team of volunteers to provide a listening ear and practical help to anyone in need in the town centre from 10pm on a Saturday night to 4am on Sunday morning. The initiative starts on Saturday 30th of November. A Commissioning Service for the 'Street Pastors' will take place at the Salvation Army in Windmill Street on the same nightat 7pm.
The Fraserburgh RNLI hold their annual Boxing Day Swim at 12 noon. This will be their 6th Boxing Day Swim with over £30,000 raised perviously. The Peterhead Sea Cadets are delivering Xmas Cards to the Peterhead Area only for 25p per card. Collection times at the Sea Cadet Unit, Seagate from 7pm to 9pm until Thursday the 12th and on Saturday the 7th from 9am to 1pm. Delivery will be on Saturday the 14th.

Peterhead Choral Society are holding a Christmas Concert in the Old Deer Parish Church from 7:30pm. Come along and enjoy the Christmas carols, readings and organ music. Refreshments will be provided. Tickets cost £8, concession £6 with free entry for children under 16. see peterheadchoral.org.uk

A Zumbathon hosted by Kim & Kasia will be held at the Union Grove Hall in Fraserburgh at 6.15pm to 7.45pm. All donations welcome, tickets are £5, with proceeds going to an animal charity. Please dress as an Animal if you can.

A Christmas Fayre will be held at the Saplinbrae House Hotel from 11am to 4pm. Entry is £3 for adults and £2 for kids. There will be complimentary teas coffee and home bakes on arrival. Come along to the Fraserburgh Community Chuch's 'Community Xmas Cracker' at Grattan Place, Fraserburgh from 4pm. It's free and fun for all the family with festive foods and hot drinks plus dancing and carols. All are welcome.

CLAN - Cancer Link Aberdeen North - will be at The Hub, 56 High Street, Fraserburgh every Monday from 10.00am - 4.00pm. This is a free service to everyone affected by cancer and provides emotional support, complementary therapies, children and family services and cancer information. The Breastfeeding support group takes place at Peterhead Maternity Unit every Thursday from 1.30pm-3.00pm. This is an informal group/drop in where advice and support are given with many lifelong friendships made. Come along and enjoy the social aspects of the group. The midwives and breastfeeding volunteers extend a warm welcome.

Choices Fraserburgh is a crisis pregnancy centre where women and their families can go to obtain free, impartial advice following an unplanned pregnancy. Advice and support is also offered following the loss of a baby.
